Some organisations activate an additional Commerce hub on Citizz.com for Razorpay checkout journeys. Credentials stay aligned with Firebase email/password issued to that business workspace — onboarding email tells you if it applies.
What you typically do inside the hub
- Inspect Visibility ladders when applicable.
- Review Products bundles (collateral add-ons).
- Add billing particulars and conclude payment securely.
After settlement
Most entitlements hydrate automatically backend-side once the PSP confirms settlement. Persist issuer receipts — escalate via support if SLA windows slip.
If sign-in rejects
Reconfirm organisational email spelling, regenerate password strictly via official Citizz resets, escalate with legal business naming + registered mobile for traceability.
Receipts vs grievances
Retain artefacts. Operational clarifications → support mail. Regulatory-grade complaints → Grievance with generated reference hashes.
