You are the boss. You set your services and how you run the job. Citizz helps people nearby discover you, message you, and book a slot — we connect; we do not employ you and we do not take a cut of what the customer pays you for the service.

Your brand, not ours

• Your name and logo on your listing — the customer remembers your business, not a middleman.
• Your photos and services — show what you actually offer, in your words.
• Your reviews — ratings build your reputation in the neighbourhood over time.
• Your team — add staff when you need to; you stay in charge of assignments and quality.

Keep what you earn from the job

On many online platforms, a share of every booking goes to the app. On Citizz, payment for the physical service is between you and the customer — cash, UPI, or whatever you both agree. Citizz does not charge commission on that job payment.

Optional tools on Citizz (such as extra visibility or messaging capacity) are separate platform choices — not a tax on every rupee you earn at the customer’s door. See Payments & refunds for how platform purchases work.

Citizz helps people find services nearby. With a business profile you can show what you offer, connect with customers who use the app, and keep your listing up to date — alongside tools for visibility, messaging, and team access when you choose them.

Register under the right category

When you sign up as a business, choose the size that fits you:

• Individual / Freelancer — solo providers (stylist, tutor, plumber).
• Small business / Shop — local shops and small teams (clinic, restaurant, store).
• Company / Organisation — larger organisations with more services and staff.

What businesses use Citizz for

Optional invite-only business portal

Some organisations receive a separate, invite-only business account portal for specific account services described in onboarding. It uses the same business email as the app. Guides on this site (Guides) explain what to expect. We do not place checkout links on Citizz.app, and the consumer app does not link to that portal.

Active participation is required

Citizz is not an install-and-forget listing. You must respond to pending bookings (accept or reject), honour confirmed jobs, and keep your profile accurate. Registering and then uninstalling the app, or leaving many bookings unanswered, misleads customers.

Long idle periods, a growing pending backlog, repeated poor ratings, misconduct toward customers, or breaking content rules may lead to listing removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban from Citizz. We may refuse future registration for the same business or operator. Fees already paid to Citizz for platform features are generally not refunded if an account is removed for standards or policy breach.

Content and conduct

Citizz is a connecting platform — we do not employ you or guarantee jobs on site. Listings and photos must be honest and lawful. Obscene, sexual, hateful, or violent content is prohibited and can lead to immediate suspension or permanent removal without warning.
