Invite-only business account portal

Some organisations receive a separate, invite-only business account portal for specific account services (for example certain add-ons or verification steps described in onboarding). It uses the same business email as the Citizz app. Your onboarding email tells you whether this applies and how to sign in. The consumer Citizz app does not link to this portal.

What you typically do in the portal

After payment

Most entitlements update automatically once payment is confirmed. If a feature does not appear within a reasonable time, email support with your business name, registered email, date, and amount.

If sign-in does not work

Check that you are using the organisational email from onboarding. Reset your password through official Citizz account recovery if needed. Contact support with your legal business name and registered mobile number if problems continue.

Receipts and formal complaints

Keep payment confirmations. For billing questions, email support. For a formal complaint with a reference number, use Grievance.
