How visibility packages work
Labels like Silver, Gold, and Diamond describe stronger placement in customer search compared with normal organic ordering. Quotes depend on your business category and area. In the Citizz app, eligible packages are purchased through the in-app checkout offered for your account (including Google Play where applicable).
What you are buying
You buy a time-limited boost in discovery — not a guarantee of jobs. Accurate listings, honest photos, and timely replies still matter for results.
Why prices can differ
- Category — Different types of services carry different demand and risk profiles.
- Location — Pricing may reflect local market conditions.
Invite-only business account portal (if provided)
If onboarding gives your organisation access to a separate business account portal, that portal may list its own eligible products and prices for account services described there. It is invite-only, not linked from the consumer app, and is separate from in-app checkout. See Invite-only business portal.
Renewals
When a package ends, your listing returns to normal organic ordering until you purchase again through the checkout available for your account (in the app, or in your invite-only business portal if onboarding provided one for that service).
