Getting started
Citizz connects people who need local services with providers nearby. Most interaction happens inside the verified mobile app; authorised teams may additionally receive workflows on Citizz.com when onboarding says so.
1. Install the app
Download Citizz from the Google Play Store. Use official stores only — unofficial APK files can be unsafe or outdated.
2. Create your profile
Sign up with a working email and phone number where you can receive codes and receipts. You will choose whether you are using Citizz mainly as a customer or as a business.
3. Customers — discover and book
- Browse services by category and area.
- Open a listing to see details, photos, and how to contact the business.
- Use in-app chat or call options when the business has enabled them.
4. Businesses — listings and growth
- Add accurate services, areas you cover, and photos that represent your work.
- Respond to leads promptly; your response rate affects trust.
- Optional purchases (visibility, messaging, extras) can start in-app; some enterprises later receive invitations to manage specific web-paid features on Citizz.com — onboarding explains when that applies.
5. Staying safe
Meet new providers in public when possible, verify identity for high-value jobs, and raise concerns through email or the Grievance form. Read Trust & safety for more.
Use consistent business credentials across channels so entitlement and reconciliation stay coherent.
