Booking journey

Follow the path from opening Citizz to leaving a rating — with illustrations and a detailed flow chart for each role.

Every new booking starts as pending until the business accepts or rejects it. Service payment for the job is between you and the business — not through Citizz unless the app shows a specific checkout for that job.

Before you book — contact sharing, credentials, and money.

Money for the job: Pay the business after the work as you agree. Citizz does not handle that payment unless a Citizz checkout screen clearly says so.

Customer — launch app to rate

Optional chat or call before booking. Live tracking only when a worker is assigned and on the way.

  2. 2 Discover Browse services near you
  3. 3 Book Pick slot; share address if visit
  4. 4 Pending Wait for business reply
  5. 5 Visit day Confirmed job; worker may be on the way
  6. 6 Pay & rate Pay business after work; leave stars
Full flow chart
  1. Open Citizz app Install from Play Store and sign up as a customer.
  2. Browse and book Find a business, optional chat or call, pick a service and time.
  3. Pending Booking submitted. Waiting for the business to accept or reject.
  4. Confirmed Business accepted. Prepare for the visit on the booked day.
  5. Service day Work starts (in progress). A team member may show on the way if assigned.
  6. Completed Business marks the job done in the app.
  7. Pay the business Cash or UPI to the business after the work. Not a Citizz job checkout.
  8. Rate and review Leave a star rating once per completed booking.

Also possible: rejected, cancelled, or timed out before confirmed.

  • Pending
  • Confirmed
  • In progress
  • Completed → rate
  • Rejected / cancelled
